Cross Country Advances to Regionals

Yesterday, Friday, October 29, 2021 the Inland Empire Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship was hosted by College of the Desert at Xavier Prep High School. Your VVC cross country runners showed up, worked hard and it payed off. We had two runners named All Conference, who qualified and will be competing at the Southern California Regional Championships next Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Mile Square Regional Park in Fountain Valley, CA.  Eric Perez (pictured in the middle) placed 4th overall and Julian Gonzalez (pictured on the left) placed 9th overall. These two should qualify for the state championships which will be held in 2 weeks in Fresno, CA. Also, pictured on the right is Anthony Otero who battled all season long for the VVC RAMS!
