VVC Men's Soccer Plays Well But Comes Up Short

VICTORVILLE - Victor Valley dropped its first game of the season on Friday, but coach Sammy Lara was still excited about this season.

"We were not able to get the win against a tough team," he said. "But, I saw that we never quit and that is something we can build on."

The Rams dropped the game against Antelope Valley College on the road, 3-1. Lara liked the way his team played and competed.

"We look forward to bouncing back at home on Tuesday ," he said.

The Rams play their first home game this Tuesday August 29th at 4:00pm against Pasadena City College.
