Rams Win at Home Again

Men's soccer continue their winning streak at home in their game against College of the Desert on Friday, November 5, 2021. The men came out energetic and ready to battle. Freshman midfielder Luis Roque scored first for the Rams with a penalty kick in the 25th minute of the game. The Roadrunners answered back shortly after bringing the tie score to 1-1 going into half time. The Rams came out strong offensively in the second half. In the 67th minute, freshman forward, Sebastian Nolasco made a beautiful cross to, freshman forward, Eric Gonzales to score for VVC bringing the score to 2-1. The Rams finished out the game strong, defending all other scoring attempts made by COD. 

Freshmen goalkeeper, Damian Navas had a stellar game with 9 saves in his 90 minutes in the net.
